2. You will then be scheduled for a brief interview where you may be asked to present your work portfolio or elaborate your work history. Upon successful interview, we will have you added to our database.

3. When a project that matches your specialization becomes available, we will inform you immediately. You always have the freedom to accept or turn down the project.

4. If you intend to take on the project, you can review the requirements and provide a quotation on the cost and time required. After negotiating with the client, we will inform you if you have been awarded the contract.

5. You will then proceed to take on the project under People Factor. For in-sourced projects, you may be required to work at the clients' offices for a specific period of time. Otherwise, you will be working directly from home.

6. Upon successful completion of the project, we will bill the client and then pay you the agreed service fee. You will not need to manage the entire payment process as it is completely handled by People Factor.
