People Factor Company Limited (“People Factor” thereafter) takes individual privacy seriously. This statement explains our policies and practices on personal data.

As an employment agency, the collection and use of personal data is of utmost importance to job matching and any other provision of services to job seekers (
Candidates thereafter).  People Factor will at all times observe the Personal data (privacy) Ordinance in the process of collecting, maintaining and applying of personal data of our candidates.

People Factor will ensure that:
- Only proper and legitimate means are employed to collect personal data;
- Only properly trained and authorized employees will be granted the access to personal data submitted by candidates;
- All personal information submitted by candidates will not be disclosed to external parties unless otherwise agreed;
- Electronic, physical and procedural safeguards will be implemented to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal data we collect;
- Candidates have the right to request amendment of their personal data.
