2. You may then be scheduled for an interview to enhance our understanding about you. Upon successful interview, we will have you added to our database.

3. When a project becomes available, we will inform you together with information on wages and required working hours. You have the freedom to decide whether or not to accept the temporary position according to your schedule.

4. Upon successful completion of the required tasks, we will bill the client and then pay you the agreed fees. You will not need to manage the entire payment process as it is completely handled by People Factor.
